There is great integration of the body and mind and
spirit and healing is real .... there is great science in spirituality.... medicine need not be scientific We now know that two patients with same illness... same treatment ... have different reactions..
With latest advances we understand that its possible to measure molecular actions in the body. different emotional experiences generate different receptors cells in the body .. these are conversations happening within the body .in the immune cells , with consciousness. This singular consciousness remains and that memory moves from body to body... so there is only consciousness .... that is eternal and not the body .
well .. the body after all dances to the mind.!

We exist because of the existence of others before us and for the existence of others after us so it is in our well being for us all to get along the best possible way with the others who exist with us now !
Consciousness affects and effects every where and resides in every being ... we just need to cultivate timelessness a state of awareness in the form of equanimity .
