Accept your vulnerability

Strength in the flexibility

There is a quality in the clay that has not been fired, that makes it yielding, giving and supple enough to allow itself to be remolded, this is the quality of flexibility ...unlike a fired clay that may look strong but in its rigidity lies its break- ability!  ...

Let go

There is a great inner transformation whenever there is an ability to let go.Its a process of sensing, feeling, owning and then letting go.Healing begins the moment you can start this process, and you have the opportunity to heal yourself every time you breathe ...after all how long can you hold your own breath.... you have to it let it go.

Life is never just black or white

Accept the colors, the shades and the tones. The contrasts and differences are as necessary as the similarities. Open yourself up to experience the horizon of your consciousness .

Knowledge at times has an ability to stifle itself bringing  the ego into play , but true wisdom lies in the awareness that any learning is only a path to more awakenings.

Sense beyond seeing

There is always more than what meets the eye ....

If you are shy .... there might be strength of humility hidden in there
If you are timid .... there might be a caring soul .
If you are reserved ....there  might be  the strength in the silence
If you are soft spoken . there  might be  strength in the undertones

If you are daring  there may be a need to prove
If you are angry  there may be an unresolved past
If you are greedy there may be an un -satiated hunger
If you are tensed there may be a need to slow down
If you are filled with hatred there may be a need for  great love...
And if you accepting of your vulnerability, there is a       spirit of courage !

Gratitude is a great attitude

Accepting your vulnerability is acknowledging yourself  and being in ever loving  Gratitude  for what you were, are and will be!
